Next Offer

Onto our next offer, Crescent Falls. The last house fell through. because the seller/the bank did not like the loan we were going to use. Instead of making a new offer and after seeing it again, we just felt that it wasn't right. So we turned around a couple days later and quickly put an offer in on this great deal. It's in a neighborhood on the edge of town heading out toward Lake Mead. It's a newer house, only a year old in a community that is still under construction. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus a den and a laundry room separate from the garage door entrance (gotta love that!). We're really hoping this is it!
